Delete your Evenlo account
You can delete your account at any time, straight from the app or by asking us.
In the app (instant)
- Open Evenlo and tap ⚙️ Settings (top right of the Groups screen).
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
By email (if you can't access the app)
Email hello@evenlo.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted

| Your login and email address, profile (name, default currency), payment details (IBAN, Revolut, PayPal), notification tokens, subscription status and receipt-scan counts | Expenses and payments in groups you shared with others remain in those groups under the name you used there, no longer linked to any account. Receipt photos stay attached to those shared expenses until a group member removes them. |
Backups are overwritten within 30 days. If you had an active Pro subscription, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store too; deleting your account doesn't cancel store billing. See our privacy policy for more.
